Downtown Ocotillo Students
Open registration has begun for all ages.

Fulton Ranch Students
Wednesday, February 10th for all ages, Fall and Summer

Due at registration:
Emergency contact form - this includes all
addresses, phone numbers of doctor, hospital, emergency contacts. There needs to be two (2) emergency contact people. Grandparents or
other relatives at the same address can count as one contact.
Registration
fee of $150.00 and ½ of the first month's tuition (Fulton Ranch) or the first full month's tuition (Downtown Ocotillo) These fees
are non-refundable.
A current copy of your child's immunizations
A tour is required. Tours scheduled daily by
appt. only.
